1. No Account: Anonymous Use

Irona is designed to function without requiring a mandatory user account. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personal identifiers. Your identity and the identity of the gift recipients remain completely anonymous to Sohonova.

2. Local-First "Soul Profile" Storage

• On-Device Persistence: The names you assign to gift recipients (e.g., "Mom," "Best Friend"), their character traits (age, gender, test answers), and the generated gift suggestions are stored exclusively on your device using local storage (SharedPreferences/SQLite).
• Character Analysis History: Your history of "Soul Tests" and AI-generated gift notes is saved locally. Sohonova does not maintain a central database of the people you care about or their personality profiles.
• Data Control: Deleting the application or clearing its data will permanently remove all profiles and gift histories, as Sohonova does not store backups of your "Soul Profiles" on its servers.

3. Third-Party AI and Infrastructure

To provide advanced character analysis and creative gift suggestions, Irona securely transmits minimal, non-identifiable data to our trusted partners for real-time processing:

• Google Generative AI (Gemini 2.5 Flash): When you complete a "Soul Test," the character traits (e.g., slider values, category) are sent to Google Gemini to generate personalized gift ideas and creative notes. These inputs are processed in real-time and are not stored by Sohonova.
• RevenueCat: Subscription status is managed via an anonymous identifier linked to your App Store/Google Play account.
• Native OS Services: Camera/Gallery access (if used for profile photos) is handled by the built-in services of your mobile operating system. Sohonova does not upload these photos to its servers.

4. No Data Selling or Behavioral Tracking

Sohonova does not track your location, sell your gift-buying habits to retailers, or use your loved ones' personality profiles for advertising. Our business model is strictly based on premium subscriptions, not data monetization. Your data is treated as sensitive information and is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

By downloading and using Irona: Soul Gift, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the application.

Irona: Soul Gift is an AI-powered creative assistant designed to provide gift suggestions based on character analysis.

• Informational Purposes Only: All gift suggestions, character analyses, and creative notes provided by the app are for informational and inspirational purposes only.
• No Guarantee of Satisfaction: Gift giving is inherently subjective. Sohonova does not guarantee that a suggested gift will be well-received by the recipient or that the character analysis is 100% accurate.
• Availability and Pricing: Irona may provide links or price estimates for products. Sohonova does not control third-party retailers and is not responsible for price changes, out-of-stock items, or shipping issues.
• AI Estimations: Suggestions are generated by AI (Google Gemini) and should be treated as creative sparks rather than professional shopping advice.

3. Service Mechanics

• Soul Test & Analysis: We utilize advanced AI models to process the "Soul Test" inputs you provide to generate personalized profiles.
• Third-Party Links: The application may contain affiliate links to retail platforms (e.g., Amazon, Apple). Sohonova may earn a commission from purchases made through these links at no extra cost to the user.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Model: Irona operates on a Freemium model. Basic features are free; advanced features (unlimited profiles, detailed "Soul" reports, premium gift notes) require a paid subscription or one-time purchase managed through RevenueCat.
• Billing: All financial transactions are processed securely by Apple Inc. (App Store) or Google LLC (Google Play). Sohonova does not store or process your payment information.
• Cancellation: Subscriptions must be canceled through your respective Store account settings at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

5. Intellectual Property

The "Irona" brand, the proprietary "Soul Test" logic, software architecture, UI design, and the specific algorithms used to categorize personality traits for gift-finding are the exclusive intellectual property of Sohonova İnteraktif Hizmetler ve Ticaret A.Ş.

6. User Conduct & Constraints

Users agree not to:

• Use the application to generate offensive, harassing, or harmful content about any individual.
• Input sensitive personal data (e.g., national ID numbers, private health records) into the character analysis fields.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the "Soul Test" logic or bypass premium feature locks.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sohonova İnteraktif Hizmetler ve Ticaret A.Ş. shall not be liable for:

• Any interpersonal conflicts or damaged relationships resulting from gift choices made based on app suggestions.
• Inaccuracies in product descriptions or prices provided by third-party retailers.
• Direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application.
