1. No Account: Anonymous Use

Irona is designed to function without requiring a mandatory user account. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personal identifiers. Your identity and your health journey remain completely anonymous to Sohonova.

2. Local-First Health Data Storage

• On-Device Persistence: Your personal health profile (age, gender, height, weight, activity level), daily meal logs, calorie targets, and weight progress are stored exclusively on your device using local storage (SharedPreferences/SQLite).
• Meal Analysis History: Your history of analyzed meals and AI feedback is saved locally. Sohonova does not maintain a central database of your private dietary habits.
• Data Control: Deleting the application or clearing its data will permanently remove all health records, as Sohonova does not store backups of your personal health data on its servers.

3. Third-Party AI and Infrastructure

To provide advanced nutritional analysis, Irona securely transmits minimal, non-identifiable data to our trusted infrastructure partners for real-time processing:

• Google Generative AI (Gemini 2.5 Flash): When you use the "Scan Meal" feature, food images or text inputs are sent to Google Gemini to identify nutritional values (calories, macros) and provide feedback.
  Note: These images are processed in real-time for analysis only. Sohonova does not store your photos on its own servers.
• Flutter TTS (Text-to-Speech): Used to provide vocal feedback from Irona in your selected language.
• RevenueCat: Subscription status is managed via an anonymous identifier linked to your App Store account.
• Native OS Services: Local notifications for meal reminders and camera/gallery access are handled by the built-in services of iOS.

4. No Data Selling or Health Tracking for Ads

Sohonova does not track your location, sell your health data to insurance companies, or use your dietary habits for advertising. Our business model is strictly based on premium subscriptions, not data monetization. Your health data is treated as sensitive information and is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

By downloading and using Irona: Healthy and Fit!, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the application.

• Informational Use Only: All nutritional data, calorie estimations, and health insights provided by the app are for informational and educational purposes only.
• Professional Advice: The application is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a physician or other qualified health provider before starting any new diet, nutrition, or exercise program.
• Accuracy: AI-generated nutritional values are estimates based on visual or text input and may contain inaccuracies. Users are responsible for verifying food safety and nutritional content.

3. Nature of Service

Irona is an AI-powered nutritional assistant.

• AI Analysis: We utilize advanced AI models (Google Gemini) to analyze meal photos and provide nutritional feedback.
• No Guarantees: While we strive for precision, Sohonova does not guarantee the 100% accuracy of calorie counts, macronutrient breakdowns, or portion size estimations.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Model: Irona operates on a Freemium model. Advanced features (unlimited scans, detailed macro tracking) require a paid subscription managed through RevenueCat.
• Free Trial: If a 7-day free trial is offered, it will convert to a paid subscription unless canceled through your Apple ID settings at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
• Billing: All financial transactions are processed securely by Apple Inc. (App Store). Sohonova does not store your payment information.

5. Intellectual Property

The "Irona" brand, software architecture, UI design (including custom themes and health dashboards), and the proprietary logic for nutritional calculations are the exclusive intellectual property of Sohonova İnteraktif Hizmetler ve Ticaret A.Ş.

6. User Conduct & Constraints

Users agree not to:

• Use the app to promote eating disorders or harmful dietary habits.
• Upload offensive or illegal images for AI analysis.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the application or bypass premium feature locks.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sohonova İnteraktif Hizmetler ve Ticaret A.Ş. shall not be liable for:

• Any health issues or injuries resulting from dietary choices made based on app data.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application.
• Technical inaccuracies in AI-generated nutritional reports.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
