1. No Account: Anonymous Use

Irona is designed to function without requiring a user account. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personal identifiers. Your identity is completely anonymous to Sohonova.

2. Local-First Data Storage

On-Device Persistence: All your calendar events, reminders, tasks, and settings are stored exclusively on your device using SQLite local storage.

Chat History: Your conversations with the AI are saved locally on your device. Sohonova does not maintain a central database of your private schedules or chat logs.

Data Control: Deleting the application or clearing its data will permanently remove all local records, as Sohonova does not store backups on its servers.

3. Third-Party AI and Infrastructure

To provide premium AI features, Irona securely transmits minimal, non-identifiable data to our trusted infrastructure partners for real-time processing:

• Google Generative AI (Gemini 2.5 Flash): Text inputs are processed to understand intent and extract calendar data.
• ElevenLabs: Text is sent to generate high-fidelity voice synthesis.
• RevenueCat: Subscription status is managed via an anonymous identifier linked to your App Store/Google Play account.
• Native OS Services: Speech-to-text conversion and local notifications are handled by the built-in services of iOS/Android.

4. No Data Selling or Tracking

Sohonova does not track your location, usage habits for advertising, or sell any information to third parties. Our business model is strictly based on premium subscriptions, not data monetization.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading and using Irona - Personal Assistant, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the application.

2. Nature of Service

Irona is an AI-powered digital assistant. While Sohonova utilizes advanced AI models (Gemini 2.5 Flash), AI outputs may contain inaccuracies. Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all reminders, dates, and times generated or interpreted by the AI.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Model: Irona operates on a Freemium model. Premium features require a paid subscription managed through RevenueCat.

Free Trial: If a 7-day free trial is offered, it will convert to a paid subscription unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

Billing: All financial transactions are processed by Apple Inc. or Google LLC.

4. Intellectual Property

The "Irona" brand, software architecture, UI design (including the custom dark theme and glassmorphism effects), and the proprietary logic for recurrence engines are the exclusive intellectual property of Sohonova İnteraktif Hizmetler ve Ticaret A.Ş.

5. User Conduct & Constraints

Users agree not to:

• Use the AI to generate harmful, illegal, or prohibited content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the application or bypass its security measures.
• Extract or use the premium voices (ElevenLabs) for commercial use outside of the Irona app.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sohonova İnteraktif Hizmetler ve Ticaret A.Ş. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including but not limited to missed appointments or data loss) resulting from the use or inability to use the application.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
