1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Sohonova İnteraktif Hizmetler ve Ticaret A.Ş. ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with your use of our mobile application Match Cubes Puzzle (the "App"), available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Information We Process

2.1 Information You Provide & Account Systems

We do not require you to create an account, register, or log in via social media to use the App. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other directly identifying personal information.

2.2 Data Stored Locally on Your Device

The following operational game data is stored strictly locally on your device (using SharedPreferences / NSUserDefaults) and is never transmitted to our servers or any third-party cloud database:

• Current level, high score, and real-time game state snapshots.
• Inventory of boosters (Color Disrupter, Dynamite, Bomb).
• Audio, music, and language preferences.
• Tutorial completion status and review prompt trigger lists.
• "Remove Ads" purchase entitlement status.

2.3 Data Processed Automatically

Force Update Check: Upon launch, the App sends a secure GET request to https://www.apporbis.com/match-cubes/version.json solely to compare the software version. No user identity, advertising identifiers, or device fingerprinting data is transmitted. Standard server access logs may temporarily contain standard IP addresses and User-Agent headers.

Push Notifications: The App defines native iOS push notification capabilities for future updates; however, no notifications are actively sent at this time.

2.4 Data We Do NOT Collect

We do not integrate any third-party Analytics SDKs (e.g., Firebase Analytics, Mixpanel) or Crash Reporting SDKs (e.g., Crashlytics, Sentry). We do not access your GPS location, camera, microphone, photos, contacts, calendar, or device file system.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

We process data under the following legal bases pursuant to applicable regulations (such as GDPR and KVKK):

• Performance of a Contract: To deliver core gameplay functions, save your progress locally on your device, and process your chosen in-app transactions.
• Legitimate Interests: To maintain software integrity, verify version compatibility, and ensure the proper technical operation of the App.

4. First-Party Advertisements and Cross-Promotion

The App may display static advertisements, banners, or cross-promotions for other mobile applications and games owned and operated by Sohonova.

• These ads are entirely first-party assets hosted by us.
• The App does not use any external third-party advertising networks (such as Google AdMob). Therefore, your device advertising identifiers (IDFA/GAID) are never shared with external ad networks, and no behavioral or interest-based tracking is performed.
• Users can completely and permanently turn off these first-party cross-promotions by purchasing the optional "Remove Ads" package available within the App.

5. Third-Party Services and Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data. Because the App operates without external advertising networks or behavioral trackers, we share minimal, automated technical infrastructure data only with the following distribution platforms:

Apple & Google (Distribution Platforms): In-app purchases, licensing verifications, and software installations are managed directly by Apple and Google according to their respective platform terms and privacy policies.

6. Data Retention and Storage

Local Game Data: Since all data is stored locally, it stays on your device until you manually clear the App cache or uninstall the App. Sohonova does not keep any copies of your game progress on its servers.

Server Log Data: Standard web server access logs for version checks are routinely overwritten and are not used for tracking or profiling purposes.

7. In-App Purchases

All virtual item transactions are handled securely and exclusively by Apple or Google billing systems. Sohonova does not view, collect, or store credit card numbers, billing addresses, or billing names. We receive only an anonymous transaction ID and product ID validation string to unlock your purchased goods or remove ads entitlement status.

8. Children's Privacy

Match Cubes Puzzle is intended for general audiences aged 13 and older. It is not directed specifically to children under the age of 13 under the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) guidelines. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have accidentally acquired any non-local data from a child under 13, please contact us at info@apporbis.com for immediate removal.

9. Data Security

We utilize standard secure protocols (HTTPS) for version verification requests, and local device data is isolated within the OS sandbox environment. However, no data storage method or internet transmission can be guaranteed as 100% secure.

10. Your Rights (GDPR / KVKK)

Depending on your residency (e.g., under GDPR Articles 15–22 or KVKK Article 11), you have rights regarding data access, correction, deletion, portability, and objection. Because we store game progress locally and collect no user identifiers or tracking data, you can fully exercise your right to delete your personal data simply by uninstalling the App from your device. 11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect future software functionality updates. Changes will be effective upon updating the "Effective Date" above. We recommend reviewing this document periodically.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Match Cubes Puzzle (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms form a legally binding contract between you and Sohonova İnteraktif Hizmetler ve Ticaret A.Ş. ("we", "us", or "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately remove and refrain from using the App.

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download and use the App on your personal mobile device solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

3. Prohibited and Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful gameplay. You are strictly prohibited from:

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or extracting the App's source code.
• Using cheats, automation tools, bots, hacks, mods, or unauthorized third-party software designed to alter gameplay parameters, booster stocks, or high scores.
• Bypassing, disabling, or manipulating in-app payment mechanisms.
• Creating clones, derivatives, or commercial distributions of any part of the App.

4. In-App Purchases and Billing

4.1 Purchase Categories

The App offers optional virtual items and entitlements categorized as follows:

• Consumable Products: Booster packs (Color Pack, Row Pack, Bomb Pack, and Combo Pack) that grant a set number of temporary in-game advantages.
• Non-Consumable Products: "Remove Ads" option, which permanently silences and disables first-party static advertisements and cross-promotions inside the App.

4.2 Billing and Region Pricing

All payments are handled securely and directly by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store billing platforms. Prices are set and converted dynamically based on local regional tiers designated by Apple or Google.

4.3 Refund and Restoration Policy

Refunds: All virtual purchases are final and non-refundable. Sohonova cannot directly process refunds. Refund inquiries must be submitted directly to the respective Apple or Google platform store support.

Restoration: Non-consumable items (specifically the "Remove Ads" entitlement) can be transferred to a new device registered under the same App Store / Google Play account free of charge via the "Restore Purchases" button inside the App. Consumable booster quantities are stored strictly on-device; these cannot be synced across multiple devices or restored via the cloud if the application is uninstalled or device data is wiped.

5. Advertisements and Cross-Promotions

The App contains static advertisements, banners, or cross-promotions featuring other mobile applications, games, and products owned and published by the Provider (Sohonova). These advertisements are internally managed and do not deploy external third-party advertising networks or background user tracking software. Purchasing the "Remove Ads" package suppresses these internal commercial displays entirely.

6. Intellectual Property

The App—including all original source code, game mechanics, levels, graphic design elements, colors, icons, sound effects, music, and the "Match Cubes Puzzle" trademark—is the exclusive proprietary property of Sohonova İnteraktif Hizmetler ve Ticaret A.Ş. and is protected under national and international copyright and intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. SOHONOVA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT GAMEPLAY WILL BE COMPLETELY ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF TEMPORARY SOFTWARE BUGS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SOHONOVA İNTERAKTİF HİZMETLER VE TİCARET A.Ş. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF LOCAL GAME PROGRESS, DEVICE REPLACEMENT COSTS, OR INABILITY TO USE VIRTUAL ITEMS. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU WITHIN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Modification and Termination of Service

We reserve the right to deploy updates (including required force-update checks via our server), modify level parameters, or terminate the distribution of the App at any time without prior liability. If you breach these Terms, your license terminates immediately automatically.

10. Age Restrictions

The App is designed for a general audience aged 13 and up. Minor players under the age of digital consent in their home jurisdiction should review these Terms alongside a parent or legal guardian.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed, interpreted, and construed exclusively under the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any legal actions or disputes arising from the use of this software shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul, Turkey.

12. Severability

If any section or provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that specific clause shall be severed without affecting the validity and binding nature of all remaining provisions.
