This Privacy Policy describes how Sohonova İnteraktif Hizmetler ve Ticaret A.Ş. ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with your use of our mobile application Pop the Balls: Color Sort Game (the "App"), available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

By downloading or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

We do not require you to create an account or provide any personal information to use the App. We do not collect your name, email address, or any other directly identifying information.

Google AdMob (Advertising)

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements within the App. AdMob may collect and use data to show you personalized or non-personalized ads. AdMob's data collection is subject to Google's Privacy Policy, available at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

Google Play Services / Apple App Store (In-App Purchases)

In-app purchases are processed by Google Play or Apple App Store. We do not store your payment information. Purchase history may be shared with us in aggregate or anonymized form.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Process in-app purchases and restore purchases

4. Advertising

Users who purchase the "Remove Ads" in-app purchase will no longer see third-party advertisements within the App.

5. In-App Purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases including "Remove Ads" and "9th Tube Rights" packages. All purchases are processed securely by Apple or Google. We do not collect or store payment card details.

Purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or the policies of Apple/Google.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is suitable for general audiences, including children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your country).

Advertising shown to users who may be under 13 is configured to be non-personalized, in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and applicable Google and Apple policies.

If you believe we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, please contact us at info@apporbis.com and we will promptly delete such information.

7. Data Retention

We retain data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Game progress and settings are stored locally on your device. Aggregate analytics data may be retained for up to 24 months.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Pop the Balls: Color Sort Game (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Sohonova İnteraktif Hizmetler ve Ticaret A.Ş. ("we", "us", or "our").

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download or use the App.

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on your personal mobile device solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any portion thereof
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent
• Transfer your license to another person or device
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the App

3. In-App Purchases

3.1 Available Purchases

The App offers the following optional in-app purchases:

• Remove Ads — permanently removes third-party advertisements from the App (one-time purchase)
• 9th Tube Rights — grants access to unlock the 9th tube feature; sold in packs of 10 or 25 rights (consumable)
• Continue Rights — allows you to clear two tubes and continue gameplay after a game over (consumable)

3.2 Payment and Processing

All purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. By making a purchase, you agree to their respective terms of service. We do not store your payment information.

3.3 Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or the refund policies of Apple or Google. To request a refund, please contact Apple or Google directly through their respective platforms.

3.4 Restore Purchases

You may restore previously purchased non-consumable items (such as Remove Ads) on the same device or a new device linked to the same App Store account, free of charge, using the "Restore Purchases" feature within the App.

4. Advertising

The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob and potentially other third-party advertising networks. Advertisements are subject to the terms and privacy policies of those networks.

Users who purchase the "Remove Ads" package will no longer be shown third-party advertisements within the App.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including all content, graphics, music, sound effects, code, and design, is the exclusive property of Sohonova İnteraktif Hizmetler ve Ticaret A.Ş. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the App without our prior written permission.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise illegal activity
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its related systems
• Use cheats, bots, hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software to modify the App

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.

Upon termination, your license to use the App will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

10. Children

The App is suitable for general audiences. Users under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in their country) should use the App only with parental consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Turkey.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
