1. Introduction

Sohonova Interaktif Hizmetler ve Ticaret A.S. ("Sohonova," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Tastegrove mobile application ("App"). We are committed to protecting the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and your rights regarding that information.

By downloading or using Tastegrove, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

Tastegrove does not require you to create an account or provide any personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or date of birth. We do not collect personal identifiers of any kind.

2.2 Information Stored Locally on Your Device

The App saves the following data exclusively on your device, never on our servers:

• Your selected display language
• Any in-app preferences or settings you configure

This data remains on your device at all times. Uninstalling the App permanently deletes it.

2.3 Information Collected by Third Parties (Google AdMob)

To keep the App free of charge, we display non-personalized interstitial advertisements through Google AdMob. AdMob may automatically collect limited, non-identifying technical data including:

• Device advertising ID (GAID / IDFA)
• IP address (used to determine approximate country)
• Device model and operating system version
• App version and session timing

We have configured AdMob with requestNonPersonalizedAdsOnly: true. This means ads are served based on your approximate location only, not on interest profiling or behavioral tracking. Google's data practices are governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

3. How We Use Information

Sohonova uses no personal data because none is collected. The App functions entirely on a local, on-device basis. The sole purpose of the AdMob integration is to display advertisements to fund free access to the App.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share any personal information because we do not possess any. The only data transmissions that occur are between your device and Google AdMob's ad-serving infrastructure, governed by Google's privacy terms.

We may be required to disclose information if compelled by law, court order, or governmental authority. As we hold no personal data, any such disclosure would yield no personal information about you.

5. Data Retention

Because all App data is stored locally on your device, it is retained for as long as the App is installed. Uninstalling the App or clearing its data via your device settings permanently deletes all stored preferences. Sohonova maintains no server-side records of your activity.

6. Security

We have designed the App with a privacy-first architecture. Since no personal data is transmitted to or stored on Sohonova's servers, the risk of a data breach affecting your personal information is eliminated at the source. We keep the App and its dependencies up to date to address any potential security vulnerabilities.

7. Children's Privacy

Tastegrove is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us immediately at info@sohonova.com and we will take appropriate steps.

8. Advertising and Your Choices

You can limit ad tracking or opt out of personalized advertising at any time through your device settings:

• Android: Settings -> Google -> Ads -> Delete advertising ID
• iOS: Settings -> Privacy & Security -> Tracking -> Disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track"

Note that opting out does not remove ads from the App; it only prevents interest-based ad targeting.

9. Third-Party Links and Content

The App contains recipe content only. It does not include links to third-party websites or services beyond the AdMob advertising network described above.

10. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable data protection laws (such as GDPR, CCPA, or KVKK) including the right to access, correct, or delete personal data held about you. 1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Tastegrove mobile application ("App"), you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sohonova Interaktif Hizmetler ve Ticaret A.S. ("Sohonova," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

2. Description of the App

Tastegrove is a free recipe discovery application offering approximately 1,200 global cuisine recipes from around the world. The App is available on Android devices. All recipe content is bundled with the App and stored locally on your device. No internet connection is required to browse recipes. Internet connectivity is used solely for the display of advertisements.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

4. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Sohonova grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Rent, lease, lend, or sublicense the App to any third party
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the App

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, recipe content, text, graphics, and all other materials, is owned by or licensed to Sohonova and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our prior written consent.

6. Advertisements

The App is provided free of charge and is funded through non-personalized advertising served by Google AdMob. By using the App, you acknowledge and accept that advertisements may be displayed during use. We have configured AdMob to serve only non-personalized ads. Ad content is provided by Google and is governed by Google's advertising policies.

7. Recipe Content Disclaimer

The recipes provided in the App are for informational and entertainment purposes only. Sohonova does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any recipe for any particular purpose. Users with food allergies, dietary restrictions, or health conditions should consult a qualified professional before following any recipe. Sohonova accepts no liability for any adverse outcomes resulting from the preparation or consumption of any recipe featured in the App.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOHONOVA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SOHONOVA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF SOHONOVA HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL SOHONOVA'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE APP EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP (IF ANY) OR (B) ONE HUNDRED TURKISH LIRA (TL100).

10. App Updates and Availability

Sohonova reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.

11. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with Google AdMob for advertising. Your use of third-party services is governed by those third parties' terms and policies. Sohonova is not responsible for the practices of any third-party service providers.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be effective upon posting, indicated by an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
